Her mother owned and ran a restaurant for decades, and that tradition of feeding people with love and intention was passed straight down.
Naycha started cooking professionally at age 14 and never stopped. Before settling in Longmont she cooked for some of the biggest names in the world — but what matters most to her is the food she makes for her community right here in Colorado. Every single dish is made completely from scratch, no shortcuts, no compromises, no exceptions.
